چکیده
Magnetoelectric composites comprised of piezoelectric and magnetostrictive materials, are widely used in magnetic field sensing, energy harvesting, transducers. In this work is established a finite element model laminated magnetoelectric transducer coupled with magneto-elastic-electric fields based on the constitutive equation nonlinear material. Then, resonant effect under different biased studied. Based equivalent circuit two-port network theory, coefficient source impedance state completely solved for first time. Introducing optimized L-section matching networks between load resistor can increase power expand operating bandwidth. We address the influence of realistic disorder and finite doping on the effective magnetic monopole induced near the surface of an ideal topological insulator (TI) by currents that flow in response to a suddenly introduced external electric charge. We show that when the longitudinal conductivity σ(xx)=g(e(2)/h)≠0, the apparent position of a magnetic monopole initially retreats from the TI surfa...

متن کاملInductance–capacitance resonance effect in the magnetoelectric composites characterization system
This paper presents the inductance–capacitance (LC) resonance effect in the magnetoelectric (ME) composites characterization system. The measured magnetoelectric voltage coefficient is significantly affected by the LC resonance at the electromechanical resonant frequency, but not at 1 kHz, typically reported in the literature. Decreasing the measuring circuit inductance and/or capacitance helps...
متن کاملSimple model of the magnetoelectric effect in layered cylindrical composites
A simple model of the magnetoelectric (ME) effect in cylindrical layered composites is presented. The cylinder is replaced by the effective layered plate structure with effective length, Leff , thickness t and height h. In the axial coupling mode, the effective magnetic field acts along the length direction (Leff ). However, in the vertical coupling mode, the effective magnetic fields act in tw...
